In this Capitol Hill remodel, all new windows and a fresh skim coat of mud and paint brighten a formerly partially wallpapered interior.  The windows also function to lessen the noise of a nearby bustling avenue while preserving the tranquility of the view.  A new loft in the client's office reclaims formerly unused attic space and functions as a contemplative getaway, replete with a view of the stars.  Outside, a new fence and ipe porch and deck freshen up the exterior.
