Ravenna Remodel & Addition

This Ravenna Residence underwent a major renovation and addition to its main floor.  The original cramped kitchen and existing back bedroom swapped places, creating a spacious public area and more enclosed private quarters. Attic space was reclaimed to elevate the dining room ceiling height while simple arches define the spaces.  Much of the home received new windows; the main bath a light update.  Outside, the modified deck beckons kitchen-dwellers, while in the basement, the addition offers a clean, easily accessed storage area.  The transformation seamlessly blends old and new, indoor and outdoor, charm and simplicity.
