-Thoroughly educate ourselves and our employees on the most up-to-date techniques and thinking for waterproofing, supporting, and enveloping our structures.
-Refuse the quick or compromising fix, instead employing the help of engineers, inspectors, and other professionals where structural issues may be at stake.
-Perform--in addition to those enforced by city law-- our own phase-by-phase inspections and punchlists to maintain thorough controls throughout the entire building process.
Respect Redounds. We don't demand respect, we earn it. So we forgo empty, unrealistic promises, working instead to establish clear, reality-based expectations and deliverables. We'd rather be known by what our clients actually experience than what they first believed.
