Sometimes it's the little things that make all the difference. Blue Sound was contracted to perform light period upgrades to this Laurelhurst tudor.  The new mahogany beams curve with the ceiling and enhance the original mahogany trim elsewhere.  The new stairwell provides a more gentle transition to the basement.
