Lead carpenter

We are always in search of a solid Lead Carpenter. Here, this is a bags on position. Come with good framing skills, zeal for waterproofing, good pace setting, and excellent finish skills. Blueprint reading is a must— we honor the time and money spent by clients on their architectural details. List-making: you’re the type of person who couldn’t function without it. Project Manager

While we are not currently hiring for this position, we are always on the prowl for likeminded project leaders. Scope, Budget, Schedule: if you relish the chance to organize a project with a proven set of systems, lead the client safely through their remodeling journey, and build team spirit, then we may find ourselves a fit. Second Carpenter

A solid second is a pacesetter, a “throw me anywhere and I’ll make hay” type of person. While you won’t need to supervise subs or track down every detail, a solid journeyman (or woman!!) second knows what’s needed, when, pushes the project forward, and eases the burden for Leads everywhere. Laborer/ Apprentice

The most seasoned carpenters will tell you they learned what they did pushing a broom, laying out ramboard, and hauling trash. If you have the fire to work hard with your body (athletes, we’re talking to you!), a desire to learn, and the willingness to do— whatever doing may be for the day— then give us a holler. Stander-arounders need not apply.
