Reconfiguration Finds Its Form

Blue Sound Construction brought this Capitol Hill Foursquare up to modern standards with updates throughout the entirety of the house. New custom built-ins at the entry, upstairs hall, basement office, and children's rooms add function to an otherwise storage-starved dwelling.

Reconfigured bedrooms, new windows and trim, new master bath and powder room bath, and the remodel of a formerly unfinished basement bring modern comforts to the otherwise charming layout. Last, full restoration of the original rotting and deteriorated deck restore the home's grand welcome. Design: Terry Mulholland.
