urban polish befits the view
This 1924 home enjoys the best of Seattle: Space Needle views at center stage, Elliiot Bay sweeping the vista. As is the way with homes, it had endured an accretion over the years for better and worse: a clunky 1980s remodel & addition lacked class, but afforded a spaciousness & layout that needed only a few minor tweaks. As such, this remodel was the fun kind, with minimal structural work, but a scraping and re-layering of surfaces that put polish & pep on par with an already incredible scene.
