Swanky High Rise Living

Blue Sound Construction renovated a majority of this Seattle condominium, including creating an office space that transforms into a guest room, adding cabinetry, slat wall, and built in’s to the guest bedroom and living room, removing a fireplace, and gutting three bathrooms to make way for exquisite, spa-like bathing spaces, featuring bold slabs, limestone walls, and tadelakt plaster shower spaces.

Work was coordinated in compliance with building regulations— one aspect of condo remodeling that requires careful planning and consideration. Completed in partnership with Michelle Dirkse Interior Design.
